London Film Festival Premiere
We were happy and honoured to be invited to premiere WALK WITH ME at the BFI London Film Festival on October 13th 2017. We screened to a packed house at the Empire Cinema on Haymarket. The screening was introduced by the journalist and BFI London Film Festival programmer Laure Bonneville. We were joined not only by Sister Hien Nghiem and brother Phap Huu from Plum Village but also Benedict Cumberbatch who was watching the film for the first time on the big screen. We were so happy to see him hug the monastics after the screening and share with all of us how profoundly moving he found the film. On Sunday 15th October we had our second screening at the Lumiere Cinema in Kensington. Everybody left London very happy and looking forward to the nationwide UK release of WALK WITH ME in January 2018!
